International Art of Thinking (IAOT) is a public charitable trust founded by Dr. Manoj Kumar Khatua with the vision of creating a peaceful, positive, spiritually aware, and morally strong society for all human beings across the world.
The organization believes that “Thinking is the most powerful force in human life.”
Through positive awareness, spiritual guidance, moral education, and practical life lessons, IAOT aims to transform the mindset of people from negativity to constructive and meaningful living.
IAOT welcomes every human being irrespective of caste, creed, religion, nationality, gender, profession, or social status — from a street beggar to the President of a nation.
Founder’s Message
According to Founder & CEO Dr. Manoj Kumar Khatua, every soul is a part of the Supreme Soul. Human beings must learn to control ego, anger, negative speech, and selfishness in order to create harmony in society.
He believes that:
- Inner realization is the true solution to life’s problems.
- Every person should first ask themselves:

Dr. Manoj Kumar Khatua was honored with the prestigious Bharat Bhushan Award in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh on 17 October 2021.
The award was presented for his dedication toward:

The recognition was organized by National Anti Harassment Foundation (NAHF), a Government-recognized organization.
